Set back in the quieter suburbs of London, this dim-lit intimate cocktail bar brings a touch of elegance to this cosy Pinner high street.

With live musicians playing smooth soulful tunes to accompany your mid-week tipple, Vintage Bar is the perfect place to sit back and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the City.

Opening in 2009, Vintage Bar specialises in sophisticated cocktails, fine wines and premium champagne. From 5pm to 8pm (and all day on a Wednesday) Vintage Bar run a tempting happy hour offering £5 cocktails on their Contemporary and Home Grown cocktail menu. The Spice Rack uses a gin base with passionfruit, adding a touch of red chilli and pepper to add a fiery edge! The locally named Pinner Passion combines Amaretto, brown sugar, ginger, and a 3 juice combo to create this full-flavoured tasty mix. The frozen raspberry daquiri is a personal favourite of mine; a grown-up’s slush puppie. The happy hour also extends to beers at £3 (including Peroni and Budweiser), champagne cocktails at £7 and premium Kopparberg ciders at £3.50.

As well as cocktails, Vintage Bar offer a delicious range of shooters. The Jammy Doughnut is a delectable sweet treat (warning: their dangerously moreish!).

As far as food goes, Vintage Bar have a limited but high quality choice of sharing plates to choose from: warm nachos with the usual accompaniments, pitta bread with hummus, manchego cheese and Serrano, or cocktail sausages with a range of tangy dips. Additionally, Vintage Bar offer a selection of luxury traditional bar snacks such as caramelized honey chilli peanuts and Mediterranean olives.

Open until 2am on Friday and Saturday, Vintage Bar is the perfect place to spend a local night unwinding and soaking up the weekend vibes.

With a number of special events to be held during the festive season, there’s no better time to swing by for a visit. If you’re still undecided on how to bring in 2018, Vintage Bar are holding a new years eve masquerade ball from 7pm to 3am. Entry is £30pp and includes a glass of champagne and a canapes reception.
