Cleansing, cupping and Chinese herbs…..we are all searching for natural and indigenous remedies which promise to cure our ailments. There are many well known names too who have turned to alternative treatments and are happy to endorse the benefits.

Natural healing methods take many forms – the process of cupping is one example. The treatment involves warm glass cups placed on the skin to make a vacuum to increase blood flow, open pores, and allow toxins to leave the body. Both Gwyneth Paltrow and Justin Bieber choose this form of therapy and have revealed the marks to prove it!

Acupuncture, the 2000-year old Chinese medicinal practice, is increasingly popular today. It is used to stimulate the meridian system to bring about relief by rebalancing yin, yang and qi. Fans of this traditional therapy include Mariah Carey and J.Lo,

India is the origin of the ancient treatments of Ayurveda. So whatever treatment, it is the positive beliefs in the healing powers that give the best effect.
